For two decades, capital advisory in India has been dominated by two archetypes: the auditor, who looks backward, and the banker, who looks at the transaction. KTGI was built for a third lens — the architect, who looks at the decade.
The firm operates as a desk. We instrument capital decisions with the same rigour a trading desk applies to a position: clear thesis, stress-tested assumptions, scenario coverage, signal triangulation. Counsel emerges from the data, not around it.
